Frank is an unincorporated census-designated place located in Pocahontas County, West Virginia, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population is 90.[2] It was named to honour Frank Hoffman in 1926. Hoffman was a member of the Pocahontas Tanning Company that operated a tannery here.
